Vendor License Agreement for Members of DZZD “Sheep Breeding without antibiotics” Using shop.proanimal.net

DZZD “Sheep Breeding without antibiotics” implements a project under sub‑measure 16.1 “Support for the formation and functioning of operational groups within the EIP”, measure 16 “Cooperation”, procedure BG06RDNP001-16.003.

Project number: BG06RDNP001-16.003-0018 Project title: “Use of probiotics as an alternative to antimicrobials to limit cross-resistance, carbon emissions and balanced nutrition of sheep depending on the quality and quantity of grazing.”

1. Parties

Platform Operator: ProAnimal – owner and administrator of shop.proanimal.net.

Members of DZZD “Sheep Breeding without antibiotics”:

• Agricultural Institute – Stara Zagora

• Cooperative “Balkan”

• Antonia Tencheva Yaneva

• M & B – Yanko Mitev

2. Scope of License

The Platform grants members a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to:

• publish products and livestock;

• manage inventory and orders;

• access reports and statistics;

• communicate with customers.

Prohibited actions:

• publishing illegal or misrepresented livestock;

• bypassing the platform for sales;

• manipulating data or system functionality.

3. Obligations of the Members

Members agree to:

• publish accurate and up-to-date information;

• comply with veterinary, transport and regulatory requirements;

• process orders responsibly;

• ensure origin, quality and documentation of livestock.

4. Obligations of the Platform Operator

The Operator:

• provides technical access and support;

• offers sales management functionalities;

• may restrict or terminate access in case of violations.

5. Fees and Payments

All platform maintenance fees during the implementation of project BG06RDNP001-16.003-0018 are included under this Agreement and no additional charges apply.

6. Data Protection (GDPR)

The Operator processes personal data solely for order fulfilment, reporting and communication. Members must use such data lawfully and protect access credentials.

7. Termination

The Agreement may be terminated:

• in case of violation;

• misuse;

• inactivity;

• upon project completion.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the applicable laws of Bulgaria.

By using the Platform, members confirm acceptance of this Vendor License Agreement.
